Manchester Housing Authority received the PHAS Score of 87 for the Fiscal Year 2010. The Housing Authority is a Standard Performer.

Manchester Housing Authority has submitted the MASS Certification on August 31, 2011 to HUD for review.

The Manchester Housing Authority had our HUD REAC Physical Inspection on Friday, October 14, 2011. This inspection was conducted by Mr. Lawrence Clay. The Manchester Housing Authority received an overall score of 74B.

Manchester Housing Authority had our Annual Audit on October 17 and October 18, 2011. The Annual Audit was conducted by Henderson & Hill Accountant.

Hinson Pest Control will conduct pest control at 8:30 a.m. at Lakeview Apartments 1 thru 14 on Tuesday, November 22, 2011.

Rent Due !
Rent will be due on November 1, 2011. After November 7, 2011 rent is considered late and a $20.00 late fee will be applied.

Summer Free Lunch Program
Manchester Housing Authority had the opportunity to participate in the Summer Free Lunch Program. The Summer Food Program ended on June 30, 2011. We would like to thank all the youth that participated in the Summer Food Program.

Halloween Carnival set for Monday, October 31, 2011 @ 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Callaway Mill. Local churches in the area will be hosting a the Carnival. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the fun. Admission is one canned good that will be donated to the empty stocking fund. The event will have games, prizes and food and a truck -or-treat.
